 | There are a few apartment details you will want to go over before you
actually sign your lease. Even if you think that you know everything in
the contract, be sure to go over it one more time just to be sure. You
probably already know the monthly rent and the deposit you will need to
put down. But there are also another number of details that you will

Hanoi apartments Pets Maybe you don't have a pet or you are bringing one with you. There are pet policies that apartments have for all pets. These will usually be regarding pet weight and breed type. You will also have to pay for an apartment pet deposit. Chances are that you will not receive anything in return when you do move out. It's always great to ask the manager what portion of the pet deposit is not refundable. Do you plan on possible pet sitting for one of your friends in the future? Be sure and ask what rules there are regarding this. Painting Your Interior There are many renters who want to hang up picture frames and even paint their walls. Be sure and read your lease contract before you go ahead and proceed. You also will probably have to return your unit in its original condition before you move out of your apartment home. Utilities The majority of apartments you will lease are not all bills paid. Many renters believe that they will save money if utilities are included in the rental amount. Normally the property does charge for the utilities. It's simply included in the rent. Also all bills paid properties are older. Now sewer and a trash fee are nominal fees and are included in addition to the normal rent. Normally cable, Internet, phone, and electricity will be left to you. Repairs Who do you call if something breaks in your apartment home. Maybe the a/c unit malfunctions or there is another repair that needs to be made. Normally the maintenance team will take care of all repairs. Be sure to ask about the light bulbs. Some will require that you replace them while others will replace them for you.
